Planning your vacation the Big Island of Hawaii? Well here's all my favorite things to do on the island! Remember if everyone thinks “I'm just one person it's fine if I do one little thing” then that can have a dramatic affect on the island and its natural beauty and resources.

France is one of the top countries in Europe (and the world!) for hiking. France has about 180,000 km of marked trails, winding through stunning mountain scenery in the well known Alps and Pyrenees, as well as the Jura Mountains, the Massif Central and the Calanques. I've hiked in different parts of France and c'est magnifique!

Who says packing light means sacrificing style? This list is all about making the most of one small carry-on - and trust me, I know what I am talking about, because the last time I paid for luggage was probably 10 years ago. This doesn't mean that you have to wear the same outfit for the whole week (though it does probably mean a laundry session in your AirBnb) but gives you significant savings from not paying for the luggage (we love to save it for all the delicious food and fun activities instead).

We love going here for the day and walking Main Street, sitting at the park and eating too much food. My all-time favorite spot is the bakery on Main Street called Prizers Sweet Shop. They have this puff pastry pretzel that is delish!! I cannot even really describe the amazingness of this sweet. There is also a shop of all different types of jams, salas, crackers, honey and crazy stuff. We always leave there with something new. The town is German so if you love yourself some German food you are in luck.
