Our Amsterdam trip was October 3-5 2024. We flew from Keflavik to Amsterdam using Icelandair's stopover program. We arrived in the afternoon and took a train to Centraal Station from Schipol Airport. The train station is in the middle of the city and we were able to walk to our hotel. Amsterdam's public transportation is amazing so we used the tram to get around or walked. You can also rent a bike if you'd like! We bought the IAMsterdam card prior and booked a lot of experiences using this. This is another ambitious itinerary and we were exhausted but, again, so worth it!

Branson is our family’s favorite getaway spot — just a 5-hour drive from home, but it always feels like a whole new world. We love sneaking away for long weekends filled with good food, lake views, and all the fun this little mountain town has to offer. Algonquin Park Camping has always been popular with 10 campgrounds for car camping, backcountry sites, group camping, and even some resorts. Staying in the park gives you easy access to the hiking trails, canoeing, museums and exhibits, beaches and more. Keep in mind that during the summer months and early autumn the park fills up quickly so reservations are a must.

This is my 5 day itinerary in Washington. This was Sept 2025 and it was my first time going to Washington. I spent 2 days in Olympic NP including Cape Flattery and La Push beach and Forks. I spent one day in Bainbridge Island and 2 days in Seattle. I caught a baseball game as well and went to Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens.
