If you're traveling to Broken Bow, OK, you're likely staying close to, or in Hochatown, OK. Hochatown is where all of the wineries and breweries are, as well as the majority of cabins and Airbnb's. We drove in on a Thursday and checked out on Sunday. We really enjoyed exploring this beautiful area, and are already planning our next trip for later this year. We didn't get to visit as many places as we would have liked, but we loved the area and the locals!

The old city is situated around Jembatan Merah (Red Bridge) and Kota train station. The city center and major top-end hotel area is around J. Pemuda. The airport is 15 kilometers outside of town. There are good train connection to Jakarta, Yogyakarta and a ferry to Bali. Most travelers don’t stay here any longer than they have to: often until they can the next plane or train out.

Hocking Hills is a cheaper but extensive set of Midwest hiking trails. The trails are absolutely gorgeous with endless scenery. This was one of my favorite trips to do.
