I've lived in the NCR (or DMV, as others may refer to it) for the last 20 years. I work in DC, live in Maryland, and have attended many functions in VA. When you think of Mississippi, you probably think it’s nothing but COUNTRY. Not Biloxi! Biloxi is located on the coast (very south) of Mississippi and is only an hour and a half from New Orleans. They’re big on seafood, celebrates Mardi Gras, has great southern & Cajun food, and has lots of culture compared to the rest of Mississippi. MS Gulf Coast is also known for the casinos and beautiful & clean man-made beaches.

I have made a lot of emergency runs to unexpectedly support loved ones at the hospital. I often drive over 5 hours to the hospital and leave without much notice. Sometimes the stays are a couple of days, but sometimes they are much longer. Either way, I have these items ready to go at all times. While this is not comprehensive, long-term packing, and more is needed for a longer stay, this is enough to get to the hospital and survive for a couple of days without laundry or additional supplies/clothing.
