When I think about my ideal spring weekend day in my hometown, this is where my mind goes! I'd start out eating and drinking my way through Frenchtown, head to the Farmer's Market, check out the riverfront and Main Street and then hit the flower shop on the way home. I'd go back out in the afternoon to catch a baseball game or go on a hike at Bangert Island or take the kids to the park. Then I'd grab some meat from Valenti's to grill at home and then my family and I would top off the night with some frozen custard from Lyon's!

Sometimes the best way to keep stress at bay is a quick escape and some chill time in nature. Here's everything I did and recommend on my recent trip to Sequim and the Olympic Peninsula. This was my second trip to the Olympic Peninsula, and I'm sure there will be more! The goal of this trip was to go slow, experience unique places, watch the sunset over the water, and spend time in the lush green forests of the peninsula. This region is so green and has such great scenery, I can physically feel myself loosen up and get lighter just driving into the area.

My husband and i took a trip to Europe and Great Britain last year. It was a bus tour and we were in a different country everyday for 14 days. I've included the items that were essential for our trip. It was a fantastic trip. We were exhausted when we got home and we took a full week to recover.

Our favourite hotels in Bracknell. Bracknell is just five miles from Ascot Racecourse, eight miles from Legoland, and ten miles from Windsor Castle. We have lived in and around Bracknell for twenty years, so we have experience of all of these hotels. Especially the restaurants !

I’ve never been a huge fan of country music, so when I moved to Nashville, everyone was confused. But there’s so many places that aren’t overly country on Broadway! These places are fun and full of amazing talent.
