I have been backpacking for a couple of years now and each trip I discover another great item to bring along! In this list I've gathered some of my must haves, I don't leave without these items. Most of the items are perfect for all kinds of travel, not only for backpacking. Make sure you always research your destination before your trip, so you only bring the right things! I once brought the wrong clothing, because I thought it would be colder, but the weather was actually pretty nice.

I recently had the chance to explore Columbus, Indiana, and let me tell you, it’s a hidden gem for nature lovers like me! From peaceful parks where you can just breathe in the fresh air to adventure spots that get your heart racing, this town has it all.

I'd love to share with you a few of my favorite places and activities. Vermont is known for its seasons (quick shout out to the autumn foliage), but you can always find something to do.
