I know I’m biased but I think the greater Finger Lakes area has some of the best four seasons scenery- the hiking, trails, waterfalls, hills, are all absolutely breathtaking. The area is also known for mountain biking and a bike trails from square to square from Bentonville to Fayetteville. The Ozarks are beautiful year round.
