Ireland is a beautiful country with lots to see! We did an 8-day trip with a few stops Dublin -> Cork -> Dingle -> Doolin (Cliffs of Moher) -> Back to Dublin. Being in Florida means always being an hour or two away from a beach! Being able to go to the beach any time of the year is a blessing, and we’ve gotten pretty good at knowing what we need to bring vs what we can leave at home. Lots of beaches require you to walk a good distance from the parking lot to wherever you want to sit so you really only want to bring what is necessary. Also here’s another tip: Get to the beach EARLY and if you can’t, get there an hour or two before sunset. Good luck finding parking midday!

My classroom was filled with lighthouse decor. My students always asked ‘Why lighthouses?’ A question I couldn't answer during the class day. The reason? They were to remind me of the reason I was there as well as the standard that I should embody. I was to be salt and light. God placed me in that classroom to be the light, especially for students who had no light at home. On tough days it was to remind me to be salt and light for these students. 3 verses: Matthew 5:15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house (NIV). & Ephesians 5:8-10 …but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light 9(for the fruit of light is found in all that is good and right and true), 10and try to discern what is pleasing to the Lord (NIV). Mark 9:50 Salt is good, but if the salt has lost its saltiness, how will you make it salty again? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace with one another.” (ESV)

How my hubby and I balled on a budget during our honeymoon. A little guide on some of our favorite spots that we visited for free plus some of the spots that we ended up spending money on (worth it).
