The Hunter Valley is one of the most popular weekend getaway spots from Sydney, NSW—and for good reason. Just 2.5 hours north of the city, this beautiful region is known for its rolling vineyards, country charm, and incredible food scene. It’s a must-visit for wine lovers, but even if you’re not (like me!), there are still plenty of things to do, see, and taste.
