The Philippines is a great place for a vacation. I have been there, rented a car, drove around to really experience the country and its people. What I love about it besides the beautiful spots is it is English friendly. Unlike other places, most everyone there speaks English, which is a HUGE asset. The other big benefit is that that many things are cheap there because of the currency exchange rate between the Peso and Dollar. Your dollar goes a long way there. It is a very diverse country but there are places you must see.

Southern Indiana, located halfway between Louisville, KY and Indianapolis, IN right off Interstate 65 in the heart of Seymour, Indiana. It's the original small town, and home to John Mellencamp! This small town has charm, friendly family environments, and many hidden places to have family fun! Several of the surrounding small towns have their own attractions, but safe, family fun is always close by!

If you,ve never been to Lake Arrowhead California, put this on your bucket list now! Summer is the absolute best time to come on up and visit. I promise, you will not be dissappointed! Now with the arrival of Fall, the leaves are changing and it is time to put on your favorite sweater and come on up. There are lots of restaurants to try, and cozy up to some really cute coffee houses.

Galveston has a lot of unique history and has really improved as a tourist destination in the last few years. Lots of great shops, restaurants and things to do.

I've lived in the NCR (or DMV, as others may refer to it) for the last 20 years. I work in DC, live in Maryland, and have attended many functions in VA. The NCR has a lot to offer between festivals, restaurants, theaters, etc. You can always find something to do if you're willing to travel among the three states.
