In 2018 I moved from Nashville to Chattanooga to pursue Biology at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Even though I graduated years ago I haven't even thought twice to move. I have met the most wonderful friends and the love of my life in this town. So even though I can only show some places I like to go fairly often, it is so much more than just a place; it is home ❤️
If you're visiting the Toronto area and you have a couple of extra days, I highly recommend you hop in the car and drive up the 400 (the major highway that runs north of Toronto and is the most direct route to this region). Canadian's refer to this spot as Cottage Country. It's a mixture of estate lake homes, pass down generational cottages, resorts, hotels, and camp sites. This region is peppered with some of the most beautiful lakes and wildlife. It's a must visit if you're in the area! And the best part? It's four seasons! It has something for everyone no matter the time of year. But personally I prefer the summer time visits!
